Q: Are you a franchise?

A: NO! We created Simply Southern Cupboard from scratch, sitting around our kitchen tables and figuring it all out on our own.

Everything that you see, the pancake mix ideas, recipies, gift basket stylings, the logo design, website, labels, packaging, the nesting gift boxes, heck even the cupboards that we display our products on at the farmers markets and shows, have all been created by our family.

We truely ARE family owned and operated. We are luggng the products to and from shows, and hand delivering boxes we have packed by hand to our retailers.

And we're quite proud it all, thank you very much!

But if you would like to help us out in any way we are very open to suggestions!

Q: Are your products Organic or Gluten Free, or are you planning anything in that area?

A: We are currently not offering anything, that we know of, that can be labeled as 'Organic.''

Although we have been researching Gluten-Free in our kitchens we have not found anything to our personal liking that we would be ready to start producing.

Q: Why is the cost of your shipping so high? I can get free shipping from Apple, Amazon, Walmart, xyz and abc companies...

A: As we mentioned above we are a small, family owned and operated company. To get those sorts of price breaks you have to be a huge company with loads of volume day in and day out.

Trust us though, we're trying to get there!

As you can see, and test out, if you order just one item the initial cost for shipping may seem high, but adding multiple items does not typically raise the shipping cost very fast. So the easy answer to get cheaper shipping is to order more at one time to the same address!

A: YES! Just shoot us an email and we'll be there as soon as we can!

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: YES! Send us an email and we can send you out our wholesale package immediately.

Q: Do you do Fundraisers?

A: YES! We have a great fundraiser program designed to share the maximum profits with your school, church or Boy Scout troop! And these are products that your family, co-workers and their children will WANT to receive!
